The beginning of RPTN was laid by Sudhakar Rupnar, Prajakta Pandhare, Sambhaji Patil, Sakshi Dome, Aishwarya Potadar, and Raviraj Kamble. These six enthusiastic young students, whose primary area of study is information technology, came together in 2019 intending to explore the idea of starting their own business, which would offer technical and digital services out of a leased apartment.

Before doing anything, we all know that it is important to get acquainted with the things we are going to do. We looked at the information technology industry all around the globe. 'How are they working?', 'Why are they working?', and 'What are they working?' were the main questions we had in mind while trying to come up with a solution. Eventually, after a great deal of study, we discovered our answer and discovered that there are certain flaws that can be corrected. And we researched those flaws until we were able to come up with remedies for them.

It is expected that technologies that have been found in the present will become generally accessible in the near future. With the decision to serve our country by creating technology that would enable us to explore the digital world of the future, we set out on a journey of discovery. A number of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain and machine learning (ML), will change the face of the globe into a digital one.

When it comes to the challenges of puberty and adulthood, this is the process by which a young person is ready to confront the challenges of these stages and achieve their full potential. Young individuals need to grow via social and ethical, emotional, physical, and cognitive experiences that help them improve their interpersonal skills. Youth development is a process that includes the engagement of young people in leadership, as it fosters their ability to, for example, analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, set personal and career goals, and increase self-esteem, confidence, and motivation(such as the ability to establish support networks in order to fully participate in community life and have a positive impact). One of the defining characteristics of leadership is the ability to direct others to follow a route, to influence the opinions and behaviors of others, and to serve as a role model.

As part of our dedication to accomplishing our primary objective of developing young people, we work hard to provide them with the opportunities they need to achieve their goals and reach their maximum potential. For the first time in the company's history, the youth of our community have been given the chance to manage our information technology consultancy firm, RPTN. We think that the involvement of young people will have beneficial effect on the development of the country's infrastructure in the coming years.
